Kyoto Planet Mind will serve as a think tank to put ideas into action by fostering innovation and the commercialization of sustainable solutions in an open and transparent manner.
Kyoto Planet Mind will invite the preeminent minds in the environmental and sustainability fields to join our advisory group, bringing together a wide cross-section of experts, breaking down traditional barriers between communities. Members will research, discuss and apply practical, goal oriented actions, to become a source for corporate and individual guidance, and powerful catalysts for change in both developed and developing nations.
Mind will be lead through an effective governance structure that encourages open and dynamic debate and thorough analysis by leading thinkers from around the world. We are looking for action oriented, successful people with business, government, activists and research backgrounds.
By establishing a global network of business executives, environmental leaders, politicians, academics, scientists and others, Kyoto Planet Mind will provide a platform for solutions-oriented collaboration, and a source for the best available knowledge capital. Contributions will be shared in an online repository, and the library will evolve into an educational hub for business, teaching, research, and consumer interaction.
