Known as "Britain's Greenest Car," the G-Wiz, made by Indian electric vehicle company REVA, is the kind of product that sells itself. With no engine or exhaust, the car boasts zero emissions. It's even carbon neutral, thanks to manufacturing and shipping costs that have been vigilantly "carbon balanced" by its manufacturers. The little green machine, which comes in a wide array of colors, can reach a top speed of 50 mph and ranges up to 48 miles per charge. Its safety package has been independently tested, and perhaps best of all is the exceptionally reasonable price. G-Wiz are bought online, which keeps the price low, and customers are assured they'll recoup the purchase and running costs in a year. Sorry, retailer GoingGreen doesn't sell G-Wiz outside the UK, but REVA is test marketing the car in the United States, Norway, Spain and other European countries.
